We are looking forward to welcoming J/70 sailors from around the world to compete at Torbay in 2019 and we have a limited number of privately owned J/70s available for charter. The charter packages available will include:

Delivery of Charter Boat to You at Royal Torbay Yacht Club

Hull, boat trailer, rigging, engine and all equipment EXCLUDING SAILS

Charter Boats Available – Hull numbers to be advised. Please note – these will not be new boats but will be well maintained racing J/70s in UK spec – Selden masts, no kelp cutter on keel.

Charter Dates – Worlds Only – 27th August to 6th September
UK Nationals & Worlds – 21st August to 6th September
Different start date options are available

Charter Fees – Expected to be £350 per day. Charter rates will vary with different owners.
Worlds Only 11 days £3,850
UK Nationals & Worlds 17 days £5,950
Fees payable in advance

Insurance – Included in Charter Fee. £1,000 Insurance Excess

Charter Agreement – Legal document to be signed between each Owner and Charterer
