Forecasts suggest that all of the weather affecting the race area will be coming from the Atlantic for the early part of the regatta. Several weather fronts are expected, producing a variable gradient wind direction, perhaps between a northwesterly and southwesterly direction. The wind in Tor Bay is expected to come from the land giving shifty and puffy conditions.
